SHIPPING

Please note that we have established overseas warehouses in multiple European countries, including but not limited to Germany, Poland, France, and Spain. We will ship your order from the warehouse closest to you based on inventory availability. However, please be aware that for certain models, if inventory in overseas warehouses is insufficient to fulfill your order, we will ship directly from China. In such cases, all applicable customs duties and import taxes are included. The estimated delivery time is generally 3 to 7 business days.

Upon receiving customs clearance notification, please contact us immediately at store@bigme.vip. Our customer service team will guide you through the clearance process.

We do NOT collect any tax or duties from you at any point in the transaction. All taxes and duties do not reach us or any part of Bigme. All duties are paid to the respective country, broker, courier or parcel service upon clearance or receiving of the item itself.

WARRANTY

Items from our store all include a 1 year limited manufacturer’s warranty covering hardware defects. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and customs charges in all directions to and from. In order to qualify for a warranty claim you first have to be issued an RMA number that documents your issue. Your warranty beings from the date of receiving the item. Bigme store offers a 2 year warranty for select products.
