Devices: The used devices are nearly new and could work properly. Light scratches may exist on the surface.
Packages: The packages may be ever unsealed or unpacked.
Accessories: A package will come with a device ,case and a stylus, but not necessarily with all other accessories. Please kindly check the product title for reference.
Maintenance: All used devices are backed by a one-year warranty and only delivered from the local countries. We will arrange the shipment within 14 days. Please kindly wait for our email with the tracking number then.

Return
Returns must be filed within 14 calendar days of receiving the product based on the TRACKING NUMBER.Customers should bear the shipping costs for returned goods.

WARRANTY
Items from our store all include a 1 year limited manufacturer’s warranty covering hardware defects. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and customs charges in all directions to and from. In order to qualify for a warranty claim you first have to be issued an RMA number that documents your issue. Your warranty beings from the date of receiving the item. Bigme store offers a 2 year warranty for select products.
